PRE-REQUISITES - SP2, .NET 4.6.1, 7-Zip (or similar)

1. Download .NET 4.7.2 from here
2. Extract the .NET 4.7.2 executable into a folder
3. Inside the folder look for "ParameterInfo.xml" and edit it with notepad (or any other text editor)
4. Search for the following line:
